1. No Data Collection: DualTake Camera operates completely offline. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data, videos, or photos to any external servers. All processing is done strictly locally on your Apple device.
2. Camera & Microphone Access: The app requires access to your Camera and Microphone strictly for the purpose of granting you the ability to record videos. This media is instantly saved to your local Photo library and nowhere else.
3. Photo Library Access: The app requires access to your Photo Library to save the recorded media and categorize them into specific smart albums for your convenience. We do not read, scan, or analyze your past photos.
4. Analytics: We use standard Apple tracking (if opted-in via iOS settings) for basic app crash reports to improve performance. This app utilizes FirebaseAnalyticsWithoutAdIdSupport, meaning no Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or personally identifiable information is linked, tracked, or attached to these crash reports.
5. Face Data Usage: DualTake Camera utilizes your device's real-time facial detection capabilities solely to assist the camera's autofocus and auto-exposure features. No face data or facial geometry is collected, stored, retained, or shared with any third parties. All processing happens instantly in device memory and is immediately discarded.
